The Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy (AGDA), formerly known as the Emirates Diplomatic Academy, is the UAE's premier federal entity for diplomatic training and foreign policy research. Established in 2014 and located in Abu Dhabi, AGDA serves as a center of excellence to educate the next generation of Emirati diplomats and foreign policy leaders. The academy offers specialized, CAA-accredited postgraduate programs, including a Post-Graduate Diploma in UAE Diplomacy and International Relations and Master of Arts degrees in Global Affairs and Humanitarian Action. AGDA integrates academic rigor with practical diplomatic skills, such as negotiation, protocol, and crisis management, tailored to the UAE's strategic foreign policy priorities. With a world-class faculty and strong ties to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the academy provides a unique learning environment for UAE Nationals under 35.
