The University of Al Dhaid (UoDH) is a newly established public institution in the central region of Sharjah, founded in 2024 by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi. It serves as a national hub for specialized education in Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, and the Humanities. The university is fully licensed by the UAE Ministry of Education and its programs are accredited by the Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA). UoDH focuses on sustainable development through research-based learning and strategic partnerships, notably with the University of Liverpool for its veterinary medicine track. Its modern campus features state-of-the-art labs, animal clinics, and experimental farms, providing a hands-on academic environment.
